Eligibility:

• Candidates must be enrolled in PhD in advanced research or have a PhD. Priority will be given to candidates under 40 years. There are no eligible candidates who have received scholarships and NEC candidates receiving another scholarship during the period October 1, 2012 – July 31, 2013. A very good knowledge of at least two of the languages of international circulation. A good knowledge of English is desirable. The NEC profile debate focuses on inter-and trans-disciplinary. It encourages projects that this openness, without losing the disciplinary rigor.

Scholarship Open for International Students: No

Scholarship Description: Scholarships are for one academic year (10 months). Scholarship program requires the obligatory presence in Bucharest at least once a week for 9 months. During the 10 months, fellows will receive an internship in one of the major research universities / research abroad. At the end of the scholarship, scholars will teach a study is the result of their research. Studies will be included in a publication NEC. Monthly scholarship amount (paid over 9 months) is equivalent in RON of EUR 600 (taxable), plus 2.600 Euro for research internships abroad.
