Positions focusing on genomics and next gen sequencing for translational medicine

• Reporting of genome sequencing results in a clinical setting
• Identification and visualization of structural variation in the human genome
• High-performance data analytics for nextgeneration sequencing data analysis
• Network analysis of analysis of disease phenotypes and drug responses
• Federated and collaborative knowledge bases for genomic medicine

Positions focusing on biomedical signal processing and hearing aids

• Advanced algorithms for integrated EEG-fMRI data processing
• Compressive Sensing for Biomedical Signals
• Distributed Noise Reduction in Hearing Aids

Positions focusing on data mining and biostatistics for pattern recognition, data analysis and data fusion

• Policy Decision Support Systems to objectively evaluate care
• Mass Spectrometry Imaging and Bioinformatics
• Decision Support Systems for Cardiovascular Diseases
• Analysis of multicentre data on the preoperative diagnosis of ovarian tumours based on standard and advanced prediction models
• Biomedical text mining and network analysis for disease gene discovery
